Terms and Conditions – EVLIRO
Section 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Customer: A natural person purchasing products from EVLIRO for personal, non-commercial use.

Company / Seller / EVLIRO: EVLIRO, operating as an online retailer through www.evliro.com.

Contract: The legally binding purchase agreement between the Customer and EVLIRO created when an order is confirmed.

Website: The online store managed by EVLIRO.

Business Day: Any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or a U.S. federal holiday.

Digital Record: Any medium that allows information to be stored for future reference in its original form.

Terms and Conditions: This document governing all online sales and business relationships between EVLIRO and its customers.
Section 2 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales, offers, and transactions made through EVLIRO’s online store.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
EVLIRO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on the Website.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain valid.
Section 3 – The Offer
All product listings and prices are subject to change without notice.
EVLIRO strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or prices are error-free.
In case of an obvious pricing or typographical error, EVLIRO reserves the right to cancel or correct the order.
Each product page will include clear information about:

The total price (excluding any import taxes or customs duties, if applicable);

Return and refund policy; and

Colors and materials may vary slightly due to display differences or manufacturing processes.
Section 4 – The Agreement
An order is considered accepted once EVLIRO sends an electronic confirmation to the Customer after receiving full payment.
EVLIRO reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if:

The product is unavailable;

There is a pricing or technical error; or

Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
In such cases, any payment received will be refunded promptly.
EVLIRO takes reasonable measures to ensure data security and safe online payments. Sensitive payment details are processed securely and are never shared with third parties outside of the transaction process.
Section 5 – Returns and Refunds
EVLIRO accepts returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, Customers must contact our support team at support@evliro.com before sending back any product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to EVLIRO’s error.
Note: Certain items, such as personalized, hygiene, or perishable goods, cannot be returned for health or safety reasons.
Section 6 – Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Taxes, shipping fees, and any applicable import duties may be added at checkout.
EVLIRO reserves the right to modify prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available on the Website.
In case of non-payment or chargeback, EVLIRO reserves the right to cancel orders and/or restrict future purchases.
Section 7 – Warranty and Product Condition
EVLIRO guarantees that all products are free from material defects upon delivery and conform to the listed description.
If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, the Customer must notify EVLIRO within 14 days of delivery.
Depending on the issue, EVLIRO may:

Replace the product at no additional cost,

Offer a repair (if applicable), or

Provide a full refund.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.
Section 8 – Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on destination and shipping method.
EVLIRO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, the Customer will receive a tracking number via email.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Section 9 – Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If an ordered item is out of stock, EVLIRO will contact the Customer to offer an alternative or issue a full refund.
Section 10 – Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but the Customer may return it in accordance with the Return Policy (Section 5).
Section 11 – Customer Obligations
Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete shipping and contact information;

Ensuring payment authorization; and

Following all care instructions for purchased products.
EVLIRO is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses or missing recipient information.
Section 12 – Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVLIRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

The use or inability to use our products;

Delays or delivery issues;

Typographical or pricing errors; or
-
Unauthorized access to data or transmissions.
In all cases, EVLIRO’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.
Section 13 – Intellectual Property
All content on the Website—including images, designs, text, and logos—is the property of EVLIRO and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from EVLIRO.
Section 14 – Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint regarding your order, please contact our support team first at support@evliro.com.
We aim to resolve all issues within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., California], and handled in the competent courts of that state.
